Our company is looking for qualified and experienced individual to join our professional team in Jakarta as :
Responsibilities:
· Act as the primary liaison between Company and customers
· Provide Technical support and troubleshooting for customers
· Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer technical problems
· Properly escalate unresolved issues to related parties (vendors, principals, customers and internal team)
· Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
· Reporting
Requirements:
· Male, max 25 years old
· Minimum D3 Graduated, majoring in Telecommunication Engineering,
Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or other related field
· Fresh graduated / minimum 1 year experience as Technical Engineer /
Network Operation Center (NOC) / Helpdesk
· Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issue
· Ability to work under pressure and adapt easily to changing environment with a positive attitude, to be self-motivated, proactive, eager to learn and an effective team player
· Good communication skill (Bahasa is a must and preferable in English)
· Good in Microsoft Office applications including Power Point, Word, Excel
